The eTRAKiT system provides general information regarding building permit and inspection statuses.Please click here to request an inspection via email.
Online Services are currently limited to scheduling inspections and searching for general information.
Contractors:You can access additional features in eTRAKiT once you have registered your email address with the City.You can provide your email address here. Please allow 3 business days for the City to update your information.
Setup your Contractor eTRAKiT portal account:Click on the Forgot Password link at the top of the page. Select the Contractor button. Enter your email address that is registered with the City. Then click on the Reset Password button. Check your inbox! An email will be sent to you with a link that will allow you to set a password and security questions for your account.
Please do not share your password with anyone that is not authorized to conduct business for your company.
